An offshore farm was built last year as a model for offshore farming in Sinpho, South Hamgyong Province, a city famous for fishery.

Near the farm there is an island, which plays the role of natural breakwater, so it is free from damage by high waves and tsunami, and the quality of water for the culture room is very high.

The farm is furnished with a scallop processing workshop, ultra-quick freezer and general control room, and has mother-ships and other offshore farming ships, diver’s boats and a wharf.

By using modern information system, it makes a detailed survey and hasunifiedcommand ofthe work at cultivation grounds, culture room and processing workshops.
